Your legal rights are protected by the consumer rights act. Customers may be eligible for refunds for up to 14 days after ordering to the original form of payment, for information on refunds please call Quaywest Hospitality Limited at: 02871370977 or email: info@quaywestderry.com. Customers may be eligible for refunds if the voucher has not been used within the 14 days, if the voucher has had any value taken off it or transactions linked to it then this is no longer eligible for a refund. This only applies for the ordering of Gift cards/vouchers and does not apply to items in the restaurant. Vouchers have a year long expiry date from the day of ordering and the customer is not eligible for a refund if the voucher has expired. Please get in contact with the restaurant if you wish to speak about an expired voucher. If a voucher is lost, the customer may still be eligible for a refund if they are able to provide information and proof of purchase in store or through the contact details above. Staff may be able to resend/reprint the voucher once this has been provided if required.
